[Gnumed-devel] patient searcher - get_patient_ids()

cPatientSearcher_SQL.get_patient_ids() now also supports an
argument search_dict that contains preparsed search arguments.
Fields are firstnames, lastnames, dob, ID. If search_dict is
given it takes precedence over search_term (a string that will
be parsed by the query generator).

This is mainly useful for situations where we already *know*
what is what (say, when we get patient details to find
patients for from a third-party legacy application).
