I'll add a gm-from-cvs-mac-win.sh.
Thanks, this will cover other Mac OS people's running from CVS for now.
Does other core code require a parallel modification, for when GnuMed
is in future not run from CVS?
Is it quite possible that this platform specific variation
- should be unnecessary
- slipped into wxpython by accident
- is worth asking its maintainers to reconcile?
