We already had that in embryonic stages but at some dimly
remembered point in time decided to keep two for the time
being since we had virtually no difference between user and
admin so far. But, yes, this is a bit like PostgreSQL did it
in the days and still does albeit with different names for the
three parts. So, IMO, I agree. I would not limit the admin
part to DB admining but also include how to set up frontends
etc. General admin stuff, that is.
