[Gnumed-devel] urb postcode collaboration moved from gmDemographics to gmDemographicRecord as utility functions.

the urb_selected , postcode_selected  functionality was moved into 
utility functions of the gmDemographicRecord module;
this module already has gmMatchProvider utility subclasses specifically 
for use of  a cPhraseWheel, so these extra utility
functions for phrasewheel interaction  appear to fit in with 
gmDemographicRecord's responsibility for address related functions.
This allows other address editing widgets to use phrasewheels that 
interact for urb , postcode and perhaps later street,
and call a common function for each type of interaction.  The client was 
tested after the move, and  gmContacts as well as
gmDemographics should now have similiar urb/postcode field interaction.
