The main problem (many wx2.5's being compiled with unicode) has
been ironed out (use --unicode-gettext=0/1). The other
problems I have seen were *.Add(x,y, ...) needing to be
*.Add((x, y), ...) which simply is a question of doing it.

Yes. The one viable one being psycopg. Which is what I am
going to promote post-0.1.
