Karsten et al,

see attatched png.

A few comments.

Putting in the html is fairly simple, This is an improved version with nicer
column widths. If you look at the two png's you will see that I've used a
table structure to present the records, this time including all the soap
stuff from one consulation into a single cell as opposed to the last one
where one soap line gave a single cell. Again the html doesn't format ideally
in wx, however it is acceptable.

Not sure where you want to move with this. It is simply using your query, the
same as you display your text with, cept I've not put in the headers and
footers at this stage.

My observations are as follows
- will obviously look ok
- having a consultation summary will be good in the right hand column
- printing this out in the SOAP format sucks a little visually, ie, personally
I find this presentation a little hard on the eye - ie the continual parade
of Subjective Objective Assessment Plan. In some ways, have different
headings would help, I could experiment eg.
: History and Findings
: Assessment and Plan etc
or even no headings at all.

Again, having entered a number of consultation notes into the current soap
editor, I'm finding increasingly that I cannot fit much into the Patient
Request line. My current feeling as I mentioned previously is that this
should be changed back to the simple SOAP format headings until we find
something more viable.

So if you want the html code, I could include headers etc. I'd tend to (I
don't know if wxhtml supports this), use a frame for a header, so it stays on
the top, or perhaps I'd make up a composite control.

The other issue is printing this stuff out. Often one needs to be able to
print in pages say print pages 1-3, so maybe that html control is not the
best, though OTOH once one incorporates diagrams into the notes, html
probablyu would work best.

Thought.

Richard
