keyboard shortcuts (was Re: [Gnumed-devel] state of test results handling)

I notice that in the 'Clinically relevant' section, the radio button  
value for "Relevant" has the "R" underscored and yet lower down on  
the same screen, the "Take responsibility" checkbox has the "r" of  
"responsibility" underscored.

Just wondering how those would interact... whether "case" would be  
ignored and sequential presses would cycle between choosing  
"Relevant" and toggling on/off the checkbox?
