I think it is a problem to change anything in Lenny if there
is no Release Critical problem.  I admit I have not fully understood
the problem here.  Would it help to make gnumed-client 0.3.x

   Depends: python-wxgtk2.8
   Conflicts: python-wxgtk2.6

to make sure that only one wxgtk version will be installed at
the same time?
