Can the install bootstrapper messages echoed into the terminal be  
modified to include, immediately after the "we succeeded" a reminder  
that

While the bootstrapped database will contain the core schema, it will  
have done so without country or language-specific components. Those  
will have to be added by using one of the /server/bootstrap/bootstrap- 
XX.conf files where XX represents the ISO country code.

This might prevent some problems when people could not add demographics.
