The raw wiki source (at least when opened inside TWiki's editor) is  
plain text formatted as:

---+ heading

---++ subheading

   * bulleted
_italicized_
*bolded*
[[URL][label]]
WikiWord

so I was just wondering if that would have been any more easily  
converted to reST.
