Let's wait for Karsten on this as he is the one taking care of this list.
whatever is best for him to work efficiently.

No harm in moving bugs/wishes over.

The table of contents for the ToDo page (appended below) is presently 70 items long and would require 20 sheets of paper to print. Any reorganization requires tedious cutting and pasting and still the overall cannot be easily grasped. Even if only a single person would look after it all, some tool to assist the prioritization and viewing is badly needed, and if more than one person would be intended to look after it... well... forget it.

Blueprints can hugely add manageability to ToDo items even while the wiki pages remain needed on which to maintain the specifications which do not live inside the Launchpad blueprint items anyway.

Whatever would be the item of interest, a simple click from within Launchpad Blueprint could take the person to whichever topic (or within-topic anchor) may be where the desired detail lives. This is evident in the 2 Blueprints (Mirth, Patient overview widget) which I created and which can be seen at
        https://blueprints.launchpad.net/gnumed

Blueprint attributes supported:

Status = Approved, Pending Approval, Review, Drafting, Discussion, New <default>,

Priority = Not, Undefined <default>, Low, Medium, High, Essential

Implementation status (Delivery) = Unknown <default>, Unstarted, Deferred, Needs infrastructure, Blocked, Started, Slow progress, Good progress, Beta available, Needs Code Review, Deployment, Implemented, Informational
