Ok. So 0.8 to be works it seems. So you might want to download the master tree 
as tgz from gitorious and set up a local database v14. If you need help with 
that let me know.

That requires the installation of postgresql as in an earlier post. I 
recommend the version from enterprisedb for the moment.

Or you wait until the public database is upgraded to v14.
