After the last screenshot which showed the connection to Salaam, I was able to 
search Kirk as far as the matching names but even after many minutes no patient 
populating the name field and no data.

I noticed all the inbox messages contain today's date so is the difficulty from 
my end anything to do with the database getting repopulated?
