Done.

Timeframe has been set to one week from each other.

Even partially overlapping target conditions trigger the
warning.

It is, of course, too late at that point in time but that's
the best the database can do. The advantage is that it'll
work regardless of the client. So a web interface would
automatically inherit that functionality.
