How populous are your nursing homes? Maybe they form part of the (sci fi film)

Just kidding. But the manual "name alerts" are good ideas, even for
non-identical but similar (sound-alike) names.
Another benefit of photos in an EMR (when such photos would be available). Not
that they would form part of any returning lab tests. But, eventually, maybe
there would be a (hopefully HASH) of a genomic fingerprint both in the EMR and
in the returned lab result. Now that is scary!
