let's just hope that, after the first incorrect response, they don't
do something silly like lose and/or change the name. heck, if they
do, thinking about it, you can always brow-beat them into putting in
the correct details, delete the lab request with the incorrect patient
(as previously discussed, actually, now that i think about it).

i think it's going to be essential to have that fk_lab_request in
clin.test_results.
