EMR > Show as > Summary

This does not alter the current view or module, it simply pops up a small 
window with statistics, so suggest it not be 'Show as Summary' but simply 'Show 
summary' or even 'Show statistics' or 'Show stats'

Also, unless there are plans to add more than its single item,

- can the submenu item be simply incorporated into the main menu?

        EMR > Show summary

- and, since the EMR tree already provides this function (and more), can the 
position be demoted so that instead of being at the top of EMR > we relocate it 
below (not inside, but below)

        EMR > Encounters list
