[Gnumed-devel] Editing progress notes

When signing in as another user, the EMR tree seems to refuse to show another 
user (despite that they have full doctor status, as staff) the narrative rows 
in the editor.

The widget will show only the rows created by that user.

Despite that the user can still see the rows which contain wrong information 
and which (in view of GNUmed preserving the originals in the audit table 
anyway, on any update) it should be permissible to make corrections, should it 
not?

In this specific case, the purpose is to remove an underscore which trips LaTex 
but the question remains generally applicable anyway.
