Therefore if the clinician who enters a wrong diagnosis becomes unavailable,
there is no way for a colleague to correct it?
This is not good. By making any correction, it is the second colleague who is
going on record as owning that change, the audit can support the original
clinician if there is any medicolegal dispute. If the original clinician
disagrees with the revision, the original clinician can re-edit it back and if
there is an unresolvable dispute between clinician A and B over what one vs the
other did then maybe they should not be in the same praxis.
This is not something that should be fixable solely by gm-dbo who will not be
properly captured in a clinical flow.
