However we (GNUmed) can argue to not concern ourselves at this stage with what smart phones and browsers cannot easily manage in terms of accent support… in GNUmed, we can reasonably expect that someone who needs to input a patient address as in

São Paulo

should desire (and be able to phrasewheel match) the accented value?
