Now the compiler complains:

        EOControl/EOFetchSpecification.m:34: header file 'config.h' not found

There is no config.h and configure doesn't work at all on OS X:

        configure: error: You must run the GNUstep initialization script first!

(no "GNUstep initialization script" installed, of course ...)

Now, the warning morphed to an error:

	EOControl/EOFetchSpecification.m:36: illegal function prototype, found 
`$Id: 	EOFetchSpecification.m,v 1.4 2002/12/31 16:25:10 mirko Exp $'

(for example)

How is it expected to work? Again, "configure" refuses to do something. 
Why aren't there just two comment slashes before rcsID[]?
