Another fix to gpxlogger. I hope the lsst. Please test.

@0a9b609df:

With no args, no gpsd running:
3.22: Outputs header & hangs. ^C finishes output properly.
3.23~rc2: Outputs header and hangs. ^C is ineffective.

With no args, gpsd running with no receivers:
3.22: Outputs header & hangs. ^C finishes output properly.
3.23~rc2: Outputs header and hangs. ^C is ineffective.

With no args, gpsd running with one receiver and no fix:
3.22: Outputs header & hangs. ^C finishes output properly.
3.23~rc2: Outputs header and hangs. ^C is ineffective.

With no args, gpsd running with one receiver and good fix:
3.22: Outputs header and stream of fixes. ^C finishes output properly.
3.23~rc2: Outputs header and stream of fixes. ^C finishes output properly.

With arg addressing external gpsd running with one receiver and good fix:
3.22: Outputs header and stream of fixes. ^C finishes output properly.
3.23~rc2: Outputs header and stream of fixes. ^C finishes output properly.

So the new version is still broken in the absence of fixes.

I also noticed a subtle difference in the <trkseg></trkseg> structure between local and external gpsds, but it's not a difference between 3.22 and 3.23~rc2, so not something to worry about now.
