Anyway. how do I get the raw data?

I can't say it better than the doc:

   https://gpsd.io/gpsrinex.html

Look in the EXAMPLES section.

============================================

Gary,

I seem to have hit another hurdle. I set RasPi-22 (192.168.0.132) to produce RAWX data, so that I could drag it across to RasPi-23 which contains the GIT version of gpsd. However, that produced an error message:

 pi@RasPi-23:~/RINEX $ gpspipe -x 1 -R 192.168.0.132 > 1m-raw.ubx

gpspipe: could not connect to gpsd 192.168.0.132:2947, can't connect to host/port pair(-6)

and I don't know how to make RasPi-22's data accessible to RasPi-23.

Thanks,
David
