The problem is that no one has yet written hyperlinking extension macros
for the groff mm(7) package.

However, you can still get the job done fairly straightforwardly.

You can format that with "groff -mm -T pdf".

The only place the "pdfhref" macro is documented is in the "pdfmark.ms"
document in the groff distribution.  It should be installed (as a PDF)
as part of a groff build (or prepared package from an OS distributor).
