Just a couple of thoughts!

I'm trying to get some workflow for in-patient rounding, out-patient and in-patient pharmacy, and see if this could be incorporated into the system as a generic processes. 

Some times the Pharmacist needs to adjust the dose or reject the drug for certain reasons, and if the physician insists, he/she should take the responsibility and sign a specific form.

I also suggest to change Medicament to Pharmacy module.

I was actually thinking about this yesterday. I believe there is room
to improve the prescription and medication form. We should be able to
simplify it !

I just check your form. It looks great, and it takes care of both
scenarios.

I will start working on it on the development branch, and will show
you the form in action, and wait to your feedback.
