*can be* - trytond-admin accepts -c to set the path to the config file

Take it as a feedback from beta testing
- have a separate config file ($PYTHONPATH/.../server/config.py is IMO not a
proper place
- in there, have an option for the trytond-config file
- or accept a command line parameter for the same
