Not sure what that means.  I don't use non-released
Emacs builds.  If it would intentionally no longer
be possible to choose to have `quit-window' also
delete the frame, for a one-window frame, then that
would be an unfortunate, misguided change, IMO.  I
hope that's not the going to be the case.
