I tried to go to .../System/Applications/AddressManager.app and set some 
symlinks to the stuff in 
.../System//Library/Frameworks/AddressView.framework/Versions/A/
and .../System//Library/Frameworks/Addresses.framework/Versions/A/

But that doesn't work... I obtain same error.
