I am winning with git-cvsimport!
I found one other broken file, src/runtime/uenvir.scm,v, and just
chopped the inaccessible revisions out (see attached diff).
I am hoping there are just a FEW of these, and that the lost revisions
will all be from the 1980's. Can I get the entire repository in
a big .tar.bz2? I don't think I want to watch git-cvsimport do its
thing over a 2300 mile wire.
