I have those rules running for a long time, i even deleted servers.ini and
servers.old, got new ones upon restart, remove_old_servers often removes
thoses along others, but they come back moments after :(

CIDR is indeed nice ;)

Still i think some kind of : filter_non_routable_adresses option would have
it's place with the black list ;)
