Well it should be...just checked it myself and with max_upload_slots 10
i have 18 uploaders....

Concerning the real upload-queue....
Yes there should be a real upload-queue but it should not be so long
as in emule....maybe a queue of 20 would be enough....i dont see any
sense in setting up a queue where the uploader has to wait 60hours to
get a chunk...
