[Nss-mysql-users] Make Error

I receive the error below when I try and compile the program. I have run
configure as follows: 
"./configure --sysconfdir=/etc --disable-static
--with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql"

Sorry for the length of the error message but I think I included as
little as possible.
