Follow-up Comment #16, bug #41298 (project octave):

OK, I've made a new cset along the suggestions of JohnD and Mike. Please
review.

I've simply amended the pkg code such that all files ending in 'tst' will be
copied to the arch-dependent directory, and amended test.m such that it
processes all files ending in 'tst'.

I also made a new cset for the very related bug #41215 (allow pkg.m to run pkg
tests) that is based on __run_tst_suite__.m and that I'll upload in a moment.
