Thanks for your help here and the uploaded files :-)
Unfortunately it's only after mid-July that I expect to have time to dive into
this issue.

But I do have a hunch of what has to be done. Various calls to the function
'getxmlnode' and/or subsequent statements, scattered over the OCT interface
I/O functions, have to be adapted and/or expanded to catch empty output. But
first it has to be investigated which xml nodes and/or tags are really needed
for what use.
