[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #65392] SUNDIALS 7.0.0 uses changed API

Follow-up Comment #7, bug #65392 (group octave):

I have SUNDIALS 5.8 installed. At the end of configure I now get a warning
about SUNDIALS core not being installed.

configure: WARNING: RapidJSON library found, but some features do not seem to
work properly. The "PrettyWriter" option in jsonencode will be disabled.
configure: WARNING: SUNDIALS core library not found.
configure: WARNING: JAVA_HOME environment variable not initialized.
Auto-detection will proceed but is unreliable.
configure:
configure: NOTE: Libraries or auxiliary programs may be skipped if they are
not found

The WARNING will look scary to users. Is there a way to suppress it when it
isn't relevant (all library versions < 7.0.0)?
