[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #65392] SUNDIALS 7.0.0 uses changed API

Follow-up Comment #5, bug #65392 (group octave):

Linking with the sundials_core library is only needed with SUNDIALS 7. Afaict,
it didn't exist before that version.
It's probably unlikely that that library is not installed but the other
SUNDIALS libraries are for SUNDIALS 7. (Either all are there or none.) So, I
didn't want to complicate the check too much. Instead, I assumed that if it
can't be found, it must be because an older version is used. So, linking to
that library won't be necessary.
