Dear Rafael Espino,
if you don't want to solder the Booz PCB self,
you can make a high end IMU with a cube with sparkfun modules using the
ADXRS610 or the ADXRS620 and the acceleration adx345.
PCBs with the adxrs620 cost about 42 Euro each.
Look here :

If you want to have a low cost system you can use the razzor pcb (54
Euros).
Our first quadrorotor used the tiny and a imu with Sparkefun modules.
It works well.
The solution with the i2c rate and acceleration sensors is offered by
Sparkfun to.
If you can make a Eagle-version of the YAIMU you can construct it with
PC-Pool for low cost.

Heinrich

Hi all,
I'm trying to make the paparazzi hardware. I have soldered the
main and the GPS boards. I have soldered the IMU board too but I think
I's going to fail due to the difficulty to solder Gyros and
acceloremeters.
I would like to use another IMU. I'm thinking to buy Aspirin IMU
or to make YAI IMU. Do they work with BOOZ? Has anyone try them?
Thanks in advance
Regards,
Rafael Espino.
