Could you please Vince post a link to these forum thread? We can not fix
a problem that does not happen in our machines.

We develop this software in our free time and we do not ensure that it
works under all circumstances, and yet we will try to fix any problem
that we have enough information about. On the other hand, this is the
first time I get to know that the software is used by millions, good
news ;-)
