[PATCH 25/33] target/mips: Add emulation of MXU D32SLL D32SLR D32SAR ins

Subject: [PATCH 25/33] target/mips: Add emulation of MXU D32SLL D32SLR D32SAR instructions

These instructions are same data shift in various directions, thus one
generation function is implemented for all three.
