[PATCH 26/33] target/mips: Add emulation of MXU Q16SLL Q16SLR Q16SAR ins

Subject: [PATCH 26/33] target/mips: Add emulation of MXU Q16SLL Q16SLR Q16SAR instructions

These instructions are same data shift in various directions, thus one
generation function is implemented for all three.
