Oracle bumped things from 4 to 5, but it's sometimes useful to think of 5.0 as
4.10, 5.1 -> 4.11, etc. The upgrade was nothing more than a logfile change
accomplished with db_checkpoint. Upgrading from 4.3, I suggest checking the
release notes, as that's what I would also have to do.

1.1.3 /should/ build with 3.10 or better. That said, neither Kristian nor I
tried earlier than 3.11.0. 3.12.0 should do fine.

The Unique_time patch is in the trunk,

To checkout: 'hg clone https://bitbucket.org/yminsky/sks-keyserver'
