Hi Daniel,

Again, thanks for helping out with the backport.

Ref the upgrade / backup bug, it might be better to upgrade the BDB
store using the steps in
https://bitbucket.org/yminsky/sks-keyserver/src/3d12f5a0d7cf/UPGRADING .

After all, this is data that can relatively easily be re-created, so
not necessarily worth the backup step (it is currently backed up on 65
other servers anyways)
