[STUMP] Timer bug

Hi list,

There's a slight bug in the handling of timers, it seems. Since
RUN-EXPIRED-TIMES replaces *TIMER-LIST* with the timers to keep only
after all timers have been run, timers that were added by other timer
functions are forgotten.

I have, however, made a fix for the problem that seems to be working.
