So, having been living under a rock for a few years, I found out from
Scott that the GNUStep version of Swarm has been merged into the trunk
for quite some time. Hence, I installed it and am trying to run the
apps/gnustep/Heatbugs application.

I'm getting an error that seems path related:

address@hidden Heatbugs]$ openapp ./Heatbugs.app
argc is 1
argv[1] (null)
after initSwarm
2008-05-16 11:41:49.888 Heatbugs[25382] Warning - mouse/pointer seems to
have more than 5 buttons - just using one to five
2008-05-16 11:41:49.999 Heatbugs[25382] Exception occured while loading
model: expected object and got unsigned char
2008-05-16 11:41:49.999 Heatbugs[25382] Failed to load Gorm
2008-05-16 11:41:49.999 Heatbugs[25382] Could not load Gorm file:
2008-05-16 11:41:49.000 Heatbugs[25382] Cannot load the main model file

I've tried placing "." and/or $PWD into the GNUSTEP_PATHLIST to no
effect. Any hints?

Just to be clear, I can run all the GNUStep examples that come with
Debian using "openapp Gorm.app".
