Okay, I've reshaped stuff somewhat. Changed the team part and added a
bit of info that was missing :).

Before you complain about the length again, mind you that we're
searching for help. There aren't any artists waiting for a job offer; we
have to get them interested. And that requires loads of information
about what we do. If some people don't want to read the long text, it's
their problem. I doubt that a shorter one would have attracted them.
It's more likely that they are simply not interested.

But if somebody is interested, I think he or she will appreciate the
extra bit of info we give. I mean, honestly, if I'd see a post on a
forum that reads "Gfx artist for 2D RPG wanted! Here's our website" I'd
ignore it ("fscking spammers"). I don't think we can give too much
inforation :).
