I changed the transistor size to 40u(width) and 1u(length) from 200(width) and 5(length) with unit 200. The size displayed in the schematic became 0(width) and 0(length). Do I have to change the dimension of unit also? If so, will the schematic compatible with the backend(layout) in terms of drc and lvs?

Yes, if you put a "u" or other dimension notation at the end of a value, Electric understands it.
