Well, I think @Filter should be kept by default, and a command line
switch used to turn it off when you don't trust the document writer.
Ghostscript does this with the "-safer" switch - by default it is
possible to do nasty things with postscript, just as it would be
possible to do similar things with lout's @Filter...
