LYNX-DEV 2-8 help: Help!

something's wrong with the 2-8 help files:
a very old version seems to have been included, rather than a 2-7plus.

eg the Help Menu owners are given as  address@hidden ;
the Lynx Users Guide is version 2-3-7B;
About Lynx is dated 5/12/95, with most recent version 2-7,
"maintained by Foteos Macrides etc";
there is no mention of  V  (visited links) in the key listing,
let alone  123g  &  123p  (both of which work in 2-8).

the help files for 2-7 are properly upto date for that version.
