I'm aware of this, but I've not had good experience with MicroSoft
virtual memory.  Programs tend to crash (either themselves or the
system) when they start pushing the VM, and when it does work,
performance is horrible.  That's why I emphasized "a working Unix
system".  I have no doubt that a Lynx-managed on-disk cache would be far
better on an MS OS.
