lynx-dev DOS builds of pre.6

I just wanted to report that lynx2.8.1pre.6 builds without incident
on DOS using both makefile.dos and makefile.dsl (the PDCurses and the
Slang with DJGPP keyhandler versions). Preliminary testing of both
versions doesn't show any problems. Compiling was done with slang
1.2.2, PDCurses 2.3, and the version of the wattcp package on my web
site. The compiler is DJGPP 2.01, with the latest patched libc.a.
These were both built with -DEXP_PERSISTENT_COOKIES and with the
floating point emulator wmemu, otherwise with makefiles unchanged from
the distribution.
